Refund policy

 

30 Day return policy Wilsons Home Store, Berwick, Nova Scotia, receipt must be present. 

We offer store credit in the form of a gift card for items returned to our store in Berwick, Nova Scotia. If item is found to be damaged, defective a cash refund will be provided. All auction items are final sale.

All online items that are purchased and shipped to the customer will not qualify to be returned unless they are found to be defective, damaged, a cash refund will then be provided to the customer.

PICK UP INFORMATION

All online orders, and prepaid store orders must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days they will be forfeited and will be resold or donated.
